Owner and All Around Nice Guy Joe "Vine" Rippey
After 30 years of managing other's businesses, Joe realized his dream four years ago by opening Vine Wine Room. Realizing a void in comfortable, elegant establishments in the neighborhood, he fulfilled it with Vine thus creating the concept behind Two Saints, namely, "Neighborhood Fine Dining".  Joe has 30 years of practical wine experience not to mention his certification from The International Sommelier Guild.  While very serious about pleasing everyone, his personal motto is, "Have a Good Time!"

Sia comes to us from Baltimore,MD where for the past twenty odd years he's managed some of the DC/Baltimore areas' most famous restaurants.  He has a great deal of knowledge about wines, cooking, and hospitality among other things.
